Jeff Holleran is a senior technology and business executive with more than 25 years of experience building, commercializing, and scaling telecommunications, cybersecurity, and enterprise software businesses. As Director of Business Development at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., he leads strategic partnerships, market development, and growth initiatives for Dragonwing SAM and connected services. Before Qualcomm Technologies acquired SAM Seamless Network, Jeff served as Vice President of Product and drove the company’s strategic direction, aligning its technology portfolio, market positioning, partnerships, and growth priorities. His career includes leadership roles at Kognitiv, BlackBerry, Sykes, and GTE, as well as executive leadership through strategic transactions, acquisition diligence, and post-acquisition integration. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
