Michelle Lee | Head of Threat Intelligence

Michelle directs Lumen’s threat research and operations arm, Black Lotus Labs, which leverages the company’s unmatched network visibility to protect businesses and keep the internet clean. Michelle has led the team in the discovery of key threats including botnets and 0-days used by Volt Typhoon as well as the discovery and takedown of the largest known PRC state-sponsored botnet, Raptor Train. She draws on deep experience building operational teams that leverage insights from large data sets via machine learning and analytics to save lives and protect critical networks in the public and private sectors.
