An update on MITRE’s FiGHT framework

This presentation will explore MITRE’s FiGHT framework, which has recently been updated to include additional techniques, cyber threat intelligence, and methods for identifying threats to 5G networks. We will also analyze the recent Liminal Panda and Salt Typhoon campaigns targeting telecommunication networks, offering telecom companies a comprehensive approach to securing their systems. By leveraging FiGHT, telecoms can better detect and mitigate risks in their 4G/5G environments.

Currently serving as a Lead Wireless Network Research Engineer at MITRE, he has demonstrated leadership in advancing 5G-specific cybersecurity threat models, notably presenting MITRE FiGHT at the BEYA conference. Beyond his engineering endeavors, Dr. Bollie is a passionate STEM education innovator, contributing to AI-driven educational initiatives in Liberia to enhance literacy skills. His commitment to integrating artificial intelligence in education underscores his dedication to leveraging technology for societal advancement.
